Dyma Williams is a registered nurse and seasoned senior healthcare executive with over 25 years of progressive leadership experience, including serving as a hospital CEO for over three years, Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance, and a dedicated Neonatology Nurse. Her career has been defined by a passion for quality patient care, strategic innovation, and organizational excellence, which now fuels her entrepreneurial journey in holistic health, plant medicine, and evolving cannabis industry development in the Virgin Islands.
As the founder of VICannaCulture, Dyma is pioneering a cannabis business incubator designed to cultivate startups, forge multimillion-dollar investment partnerships, and position the Virgin Islands as a global leader in sustainable cannabis enterprise. Our inaugural V.I.CannaCulture Conference and Expo was a celebration of 420! It was filled with information, networking events, music, and entertainment!
This business conference and expo was curated to connect cultivators, manufacturers, dispensary owners, financiers, entrepreneurs, as well as non-plant touch business developers.
Entrepreneurship, networking, mentorship, education, and collaboration are at the heart of what we do!
VICannaculture™ hosted a 3-day cannabis business development seminar, from April 17th- 20th, 2024, at Carambola Beach Resort, St. Croix, USVI. Participants learned about the Seed to Sale Cannabis Industry, and U.S. Virgin Islands Cannabis Regulations, and connected with others for B2B networking.
